熔铸M3纯紫铜铸件在电焊机制造中应用广泛,它具有电压低、电流大、导电率高的特点,如果在导体内部采用通水冷却的方法,可达到结构小、重量轻的效果。但是在铸件生产中,如果工艺掌握不好,却会经常产生废品。产生原因很多,最主要的是由于铸件内吸入了气体,经生产实践证明,熔铸中产生的气体,来源于以下五个方面:1.炉料炉料上粘附着不洁之物,如电解铜残留的胆矾、废电线上的绿锈、水份以及油污等,都能使熔炼中产生气体,而造成铸件气孔。2.熔炼决定铸件质量的中心环节是熔炼(包括熔炉)。我
