班级是由几十个充满青春活力的“分子”组成的有机整体。具有不同性格、经历和家庭背景的“分子”之间不可避免地出现碰撞和矛盾,导致班级管理工作千头万绪,问题错综复杂。如何搭建班级信息有效管理的“雷达”系统,这就需要我们班主任老师充分调动一切有利于班级管理的条件,实现班级管理朝着积极、健康、和谐的方向发展。笔者结合平时的教育管理工作实际,谈几点自己的粗浅理解,力求引发大家对于班级有效管理的思考和研究。
Class is composed of dozens of full of youthful “molecules” composed of organic whole. There are inevitably collisions and conflicts between “molecules ” with different personalities, experiences and family backgrounds, which leads to a multitude of problems in the management of the class and complicated issues. How to set up “Radar” system to effectively manage class information, which requires our class teacher to fully mobilize all the conditions conducive to class management, to achieve class management in a positive, healthy and harmonious direction. The author combined with the usual practice of education and management work, talk a bit about their own superficial understanding, and strive to arouse everyone’s thinking and research on effective management of the class.
