生物体液伴通常用原子吸收分光光度法进行测定。然而这种仪器在一般的医院实验室中,并不普及。本文报道了一个敏感、可靠,准确的血清锌的分子分光光度法。作者研究了两种敏感的锌试剂:α-(5-澳-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙基氨盼(Br-PADAP)以及α-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-(N-n-丙基、N-3-硫代丙基氨)酚(5-Br-PAPS)。探讨了血清内钙、镁、铜、铁对实验的干扰并设法加以排除,从而建立了一个理想的方法。本法和原子吸收分光光度法的相关性良好。作者比较了两种锌试剂,发现5-Br-PAPS 比Br-PADAP 克分子吸收值高,且水溶性大。
Biological fluids are usually measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. However, such instruments are not popular in general hospital laboratories. This article reports a sensitive, reliable and accurate method for molecular determination of serum zinc. The authors investigated two sensitive zinc reagents: a- (5-O-2-pyridylazo) -5-diethylanderetin (Br-PADAP) and α- (5- bromo-2-pyridylazo) -5- (Nn-propyl, N-3-thiopropylamino) phenol (5-Br-PAPS). Explore the interference of calcium, magnesium, copper and iron in serum and try to get rid of it, and thus establish an ideal method. The law and atomic absorption spectrophotometry good correlation. The authors compared two zinc reagents and found that 5-Br-PAPS has a higher molecular absorption than Br-PADAP and is water-soluble.
