以水稻成长植株和小麦幼苗为试材,研究离体叶和不离体叶在衰老过程中细胞透性的变化。实验结果表明,不论来自水稻成长植株或小麦幼苗的离体叶细胞透性随着叶片衰老逐渐增加;不离体叶的细胞透性在衰老进程中却保持稳定状态,只是在临近死亡时才急剧增加。产生以上现象的原因可能是叶片处于不同条什下,对衰老过程中细胞膜受到的损伤修复能力不同所致。故用离体器宫为试材测得的试验结果对衰老问题进行分析时应加以注意。
The rice plantlets and wheat seedlings were used as materials to study the changes of cell permeability of detached and non-detached leaves during senescence. The experimental results showed that the leaf cell permeability of detached leaves increased gradually with leaf senescence, regardless of the growth of plants or wheat seedlings. The leaf permeability of non-detached leaves remained stable during the aging process, but increased sharply just before the death . The reason for the above phenomenon may be that the leaves are under different conditions, which are caused by the damage repair ability of the cell membrane during the aging process. Therefore, in vitro test using the Palace for the test results of the aging problem should be analyzed.
