针对雷家碳酸盐岩致密油藏,在典型井LP2和L88-H1井分别研究应用了聚合物分散钻井液体系和K C L钻井液体系,实践证明,聚合物分散钻井液体系和K C L钻井液体系在雷家沙四段应用效果不理想,在保持井眼稳定性方面存在较大难度。结合现场应用情况,提出采用油基钻井液技术,通过合理地控制油基钻井液密度平衡地层坍塌压力,保证井壁的稳定;同时加强提速方案研究,在提高机械钻速上寻找克服井壁失稳难题的有效办法,这对于辽河油田非常规油气开发具有重要的借鉴意义。
For the Leica carbonate tight oilfield, the polymer dispersed drilling fluid system and the KCL drilling fluid system were studied in the LP2 and L88-H1 wells of the typical wells respectively. Combining with the application in the field, oil-based drilling fluid technology is proposed to balance the formation collapse pressure by controlling the oil-based drilling fluid density rationally so as to ensure the stability of the shaft wall. At the same time, the project of enhancing speed raising is studied. An effective way to stabilize problems, which is of great significance to the unconventional oil and gas development in Liaohe Oilfield.
