一、影响英语教学高效性的几个因素(一)教师对学生的了解程度在教学活动开展前,教师若对学生情况不了解,就会造成盲目教学,方法不当,目标不明确等后果。因此,要了解学生的思维水平、基本技能掌握情况、情感态度与价值观等,为教学活动的展开奠定基础。在培训学校代课的过程中,我有幸给两名高三的艺体生辅导英语。刚接手时,两名学生的英语成绩都不尽人意:甲同学的英语成绩只有22分,乙同学的成绩只有28分。甲同学的思维反应快,但不爱动笔;乙同学虽反应迟钝,但学习刻苦。对二人进行了
