提出了一种汽车自调臂的单向离合器性能测试方法。构建了自调臂自调功能有效性与蜗杆轴作用在单向离合器上的正、反转力矩之间的模型关系。根据该模型计算出理想条件下不同结构型号自调臂的正、反转调整力矩的理论值,再利用设计的不确定度达到±0.1N·m的调整力矩测试装置检测各型号自调臂的正、反转力矩的测试结果。通过比对理论值与测试结果来验证被测自调臂的单向离合器的性能质量。目前工程上常用调整力矩经验值比对法来判断自调臂单向离合器的性能,而不同型号自调臂单向离合器的调整力矩不同,厂家提供的经验值将不能作为统一的评定标准。对5种已知设计参数的合格自调臂进行实验,实验表明,各型号调整臂的调整力矩的正、反转测试值都在其理论值的范围内。提出的单向离合器测试方法获得的评定结果完全符合国内标准要求,检测方法可靠。
A method for testing the performance of a one-way clutch with self-adjusting arm is proposed. The model relationship between the effectiveness of the self-adjusting function of the self-adjusting arm and the positive and negative torque of the worm shaft acting on the one-way clutch is established. According to the model, the theoretical values of the positive and negative adjusting torques of self-adjusting arms with different structural models under ideal conditions are calculated, and then the adjusting torque testing device with the designed uncertainty of ± 0.1 N · m is used to detect the self- Positive and negative torque test results. By comparing the theoretical value with the test results, the performance quality of the one-way clutch under test is verified. At present, the common adjustment torque experience value comparison method to determine the self-adjusting arm one-way clutch performance, and different models of self-aligning arm one-way clutch adjustment torque, the experience provided by the manufacturer will not be as a unified assessment criteria. Five kinds of qualified self-adjusting arms with known design parameters were tested. The experimental results show that the positive and negative values of the adjusting torque of the adjusting arms of all models are in the range of their theoretical values. The proposed one-way clutch test method to obtain the assessment results in full compliance with the requirements of domestic standards, detection methods and reliable.
