目的:研究酸枣果肉的镇静催眠作用,为酸枣果肉资源的综合开发利用提供依据。方法:小鼠灌胃给予酸枣果肉80%乙醇提取物2 w,然后以空场和明暗穿梭实验观察其对自主活动的影响;以睡眠实验观察其对戊巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠入睡率、睡眠潜伏期和睡眠时间的影响。结果:酸枣果肉可显著减少小鼠的自主活动;增加戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量小鼠入睡率,显著缩短戊巴比妥钠阈上剂量睡眠潜伏期,延长睡眠时间。结论:酸枣果肉具有显著的镇静催眠作用,值得进一步开发利用。
Objective: To study the sedative and hypnotic effects of jujube fruit pulp and provide the basis for the comprehensive development and utilization of jujube fruit resources. METHODS: Mice were orally administered with 80% ethanol extract of jujube fruit for 2 weeks, and then their effects on spontaneous activity were observed by space and light-dark shuttle experiments. The effects of pentobarbital sodium-induced sleep on mice were observed by sleep test , Sleep latency and sleep time. Results: The jujube fruit could significantly reduce the spontaneous activity of mice. Increasing the sleep rate of the subthreshold dose pentobarbital sodium mice significantly shortened the threshold latency of pentobarbital sodium and prolonged the sleep time. Conclusion: The jujube fruit has significant sedative and hypnotic effects and deserves further development and utilization.
