随着科学技术的飞速发展,在航空、航天、原子能、化学等现代工业中,钛合金、高温合金等使用性能良好的材料日益广泛采用。但这些材料的切削加工性差,刀具极易磨损。七十年代以来,国内各钢厂结合我国资源先后研制了多种新型高速钢刀具材料。我们用这些材料进行了切削试验,试验证明用这些材料制造难切削材料加工用的多刃刀具(拉刀、钻头等),是值得推广和有发展前途的。
With the rapid development of science and technology, in aerospace, aerospace, atomic energy, chemical and other modern industries, titanium alloys, high temperature alloys and other materials with good performance is increasingly widely used. However, the machinability of these materials is poor, the tool is very easy to wear. Since the seventies, various domestic steel mills have developed a series of new high-speed steel cutting tool materials in combination with China’s resources. We conducted cutting tests with these materials and proved that it is worth promoting and promising to manufacture multi-blade knives (broachs, drills, etc.) for the machining of difficult-to-cut materials with these materials.
