以有限差分法为理论分析工具,模拟轿车助力转向泵壳体铸造生产过程。根据模拟结果,分析铸造缺陷形成机理并提出解决方法,降低生产实际中的产品废品率。由模拟分析可见,此铸件的裹气、缩孔、缩松问题比较严重,这是由于此铸件的结构复杂、壁厚不均匀造成的。因此在此铸件的铸造生产过程中应格外重视浇注系统的设计,模具的排气及铸件的顺序凝固问题。
Using finite difference method as the theoretical analysis tool to simulate the car power steering pump shell casting production process. According to the simulation results, the formation mechanism of casting defects is analyzed and the solution is put forward to reduce the rejection rate in production. From the simulation analysis shows that the castings of gas, shrinkage, shrinkage problem is more serious, which is due to the complexity of the castings, caused by uneven wall thickness. Therefore, in this casting casting production process should pay special attention to the design of the casting system, mold exhaust and casting sequence of solidification problems.
