在当今我国经济发展模式转变和改革的过渡期,面临的经济环境日益复杂,提高企业的内部管理水平决定着企业的成败,企业发展的很多基础环节我们更需要注重。定额管理工作是企业基础管理体系当中最重要的一环,它是企业开展专业管理和预算管控工作的重要依据,也是企业进行计划和安排后期工作的重要参考。在企业运转过程中,定额的质量和准确性影响着整个企业的发展方向,直接关系到企业发展的整体态势。基于此,本文以企业的定额标准管理体系为主要的研究对象,简要的阐述当前绝大部分企业定额标准管理的现状,在此基础上剖析当前定额管理的瓶颈及其形成的内在机理,从企业定额管理体系的方案设计、实施完善和体系保障等角度总结相应的对策和战略,进一步优化企业的定额标准管理体系,同时,也为企业深层次的成本管理变革乃至整个企业的改革提供参考。
In the transitional period of the transformation and reform of our country’s economic development mode, the economic environment we face is becoming increasingly complex. Improving the internal management level of enterprises determines the success or failure of enterprises. We must pay more attention to many basic aspects of enterprise development. Quota management is the most important part of the basic management system of an enterprise. It is an important basis for enterprises to conduct professional management and budget control. It is also an important reference for enterprises to make plans and arrange post-work. In the course of business operation, the quality and accuracy of the quota affect the development direction of the entire enterprise, and are directly related to the overall trend of enterprise development. Based on this, this article takes the enterprise’s quota standard management system as the main research object, and briefly states the current situation of the quota standard management in most enterprises. Based on this, it analyzes the current bottleneck of quota management and its internal mechanism. Quota management system program design, implementation and improvement of the system to ensure that the corresponding summary of countermeasures and strategies to further optimize the enterprise’s fixed standard management system, but also for the enterprise cost management changes and even the entire enterprise reform to provide a reference.
