为了进一步提高自转塑料扭带的清洗能力 ,对齿形自转塑料扭带和普通自转螺旋扭带的清洗力矩进行了对比实验研究。研究结果表明 :(1 )齿形自转塑料扭带的清洗力矩比普通塑料扭带的清洗力矩平均提高 4 2 %~ 70 % ;(2 )齿片的安装角α、β、齿高h、齿距P等结构参数对扭带的清洗力矩、自转转速及运转平稳性都有影响 ;(3)从增加扭带的清洗力矩和获得自转转速及运转平稳性等 3个方面综合考虑 ,以α =1 5 0°、β =90°、h =6mm的齿形扭带综合性能最好
In order to further improve the cleaning ability of the rotating plastic twist belt, a comparative experimental study was carried out on the cleaning torque of the twisted plastic belt of the tooth profile and the ordinary self-rotating spiral belt. The results show that: (1) The cleaning torques of tooth-shaped plastic rotating belt increase 42% ~ 70% more than the average torque of common plastic twisted belt; (2) The mounting angles α, β, (3) From the viewpoints of increasing the cleaning torque of the twisted belt and obtaining the rotation speed and running stability, taking the structural parameters such as P as an example, α = Tooth twist bands of 150 °, β = 90 °, h = 6 mm showed the best overall performance
