“,”Objective: To study the impact of high--flux hemodialysis on microinflammatory lipid profile and malnutrition in maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients. Methods: 30 patients on MHD were randomly divided into high--flux hemodialysis group and low--flux hemodialysis group. Total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein, serum calcium, serum phosphorus, high sensitivity C-reactive protein ,serum albumin, were measured before treatment and after six months in two groups. Results: Total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein, serum phosphorus, high sensitivity C-reactive protein were reduced in high--flux hemodialysis group compared with low--flux hemodialysis group (P <0.05). serum calcium, high density lipoprotein, ,serum albumin, were increased in high--flux hemodialysis group compared with low--flux hemodialysis group ( P < 0. 05). Conclusions: high--flux hemodialysis can improve Calcium and phosphorus metabolism lipid profile and microinflammatory malnutrition status function in hemodialysis patients.
