采用热浸镀工艺方法,在碳钢表面获得Al-Mn合金镀层。利用动载磨料磨损试验机对Al-Mn合金镀层的磨粒磨损性能进行研究。结果表明:铝锰合金镀层是由Al、Fe Al3、Fe2Al5和Mn Al6相组成。随磨损时间的延长,Al-Mn合金镀层磨损失重逐渐减小,当磨损时间超过50h后,磨损失重基本保持不变,且远低于未浸镀的Q235钢和纯铝镀层。合金镀层的磨损失重随含锰量的增加而减少,当磨损100 h后,Al-13wt%Mn合金镀层的磨损失重为Q235钢的45%,是纯铝镀层的35%。
Al-Mn alloy coating was obtained on the surface of carbon steel by hot dip coating method. Abrasive wear properties of Al-Mn alloy coatings were studied by using a dynamic abrasive abrasion tester. The results show that the Al-Mn alloy coating consists of Al, Fe Al3, Fe2Al5 and Mn Al6 phases. With the extension of the wear time, the wear loss of Al-Mn alloy coating decreases gradually. When the wear time exceeds 50h, the wear weight loss remains unchanged, and much lower than that of un-immersed Q235 steel and pure aluminum coating. The wear loss of alloy coating decreases with the increase of manganese content. The wear loss of Al-13wt% Mn alloy coating is 45% of that of Q235 steel and 35% of the pure aluminum coating when worn for 100 h.
