我国国有企业事业单位人力资源管理还处在探索阶段,由于种种原因,实际工作中还存在一些问题,有待在实践中进一步完善。本文从定岗定编、考评机制、薪酬管理等方面,阐述了如何加强事业单位人力资源管理。
The management of human resources in state-owned enterprises and institutions in our country is still in the exploratory stage. Due to various reasons, there are still some problems in the actual work to be further perfected in practice. This article elaborated how to strengthen the human resources management of public institutions from the aspects of fixed posts and posts, evaluation mechanism and salary management.
