关于流行性出血热(EHF)血小板损伤的原因,迄今仍众说不一,其中免疫病理反应和病毒直接作用学说颇受重视。本研究拟采用荧光抗体技术,对EHF血小板表面各种免疫成份作进一步观察,并尝试从患者血小板中直接分离病毒。
The causes of platelet damage to epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) have so far been mixed, of which the immunopathological response and the direct role of the virus have received much attention. This study intends to use fluorescent antibody technology to further observe the various immune components on the surface of EHF platelets and try to separate the virus directly from the platelets of patients.
