规程经过全面整理后,内容虽系工人所使用的规程,形式上接近于岗位操作法,但为了规程能够切实的贯彻、实施与巩固,首先组织了干部学习规程。在整个过进程中虽然摸索了一些适合于本厂情况的组织学习规程的方法,但也发生过不少缺点与问题,兹将学习方法综合如下:一、在党的领导下,充分动员、打通思想、统一步调,是组织规程学习的保证。在组织学习规程之前,在党的领导下,大张旗鼓的进行了加强劳动纪律教育,而严格的遵守规程操作,复为劳动纪律教育的主要内容,在广大职工群众中基本树立了规程即系厂规厂法的认识,自由散漫的不按规程操作与故意违反规程,特别是干部带头反规程,受到严肃的批判,因而为规程的贯彻奠定了思想基础。
