在维修装配3D-5/40高压泵时,球阀座配合都是用铜棒敲到位,而在使用时,因水垢和锈蚀原因,造成换阀困难。特别是在山高谷陡、抽水坡度大的情况下,水泵在运转中脉冲负荷大,钢球在阀座内来回冲击,阀座磨损较快,需经常更换进排水阀座。由于没有专用拆卸工具,每换一次都要损坏起子,既不经济,又费时。为此自制了一种高压泵球阀座拉马,其结构简单,使用可靠(见附图)。
In the repair and assembly of 3D-5/40 high-pressure pumps, the ball valve seats are all knocked in place with copper rods. When used, due to scale and corrosion, valve replacement is difficult. Especially in the case of steep mountain valleys and large pumping gradients, the impulse load of the pump during operation is large, the steel ball impacts back and forth in the valve seat, and the valve seat wears quickly, and it needs to be frequently replaced into the drainage valve seat. Since there is no special disassembly tool, the screwdriver must be damaged every time it is replaced, which is neither economical nor time consuming. For this purpose, a high-pressure pump ball seat puller is self-made, which has a simple structure and is reliable in use (see attached drawing).
