为实时测量微波场强分布,一种基于测量微波热效应的测量装置研制成功。该装置将负温度系数的热敏电阻放入封装适量特殊液体作为吸收介质的玻璃管内做成特殊的液套式测温计作为复合传感器,并由仪器用放大器和数字显示电路等组成电路。该装置使用方便,可安全、可靠、实时地获取微波场分布的信息,可用于直接测量可插入的各类介质的比吸收率和探测微波装置的泄漏场强
In order to measure the microwave field distribution in real time, a measuring device based on measuring the microwave thermal effect was successfully developed. The device uses a negative temperature coefficient thermistor in a glass tube containing a suitable amount of special liquid as an absorption medium to form a special liquid jacket thermometer as a composite sensor, and is composed of an instrument amplifier and a digital display circuit. The device is easy to use, can obtain information of microwave field distribution safely, reliably and in real time. It can be used to directly measure the specific absorption rate of various insertable media and detect the leakage field strength of microwave devices.
