一是现在的中国零售企业的中层人才,这样的人才有着丰富的实际工作经验,对中国的零售市场规则非常了解。最重要的是,他们知道如何与供货商和顾客打交道,缺点是系统化的现代管理知识略显不足。
One is the middle-level talent of the current Chinese retail enterprises. Such talents have rich practical working experience and are well acquainted with China’s retail market rules. Most importantly, they know how to deal with suppliers and customers, but the downside is the somewhat under-developed knowledge of modern management.
