采用幼苗盆栽和根际袋法研究。结果表明,8个烟草品种根际土pH比非根际土pH低035~051个单位,地方性品种比引进品种根际土pH有更明显的变低趋势。根际土壤有效磷含量低于非根际土,呈亏缺状态。不同品种的亏缺程度不同,亏缺率变化于14%~35%,有效磷(P)浓度梯度变化于55~115mg/kg之间,G140和大叶两个品种的亏缺率与浓度梯度最大,NC89品种最小。
Seedling pots and rhizosphere bag method were used. The results showed that the rhizosphere soil pH of the eight tobacco cultivars was 035 ~ 051 units lower than that of the non-rhizosphere soil, and the local cultivars had a significantly lower pH than the rhizosphere soil of the introduced cultivars.
