考虑橡胶类止水材料性能对水封设计的重要作用,论文采用Mooney-Rivlin公式和Ogden公式对橡胶类止水材料的单向拉伸、单轴压缩和纯剪实验数据进行曲线拟合与研究.结合工程实例将该两种公式的拟合参数应用于充压伸缩式水封自由外伸量的非线性有限元计算中,并将计算结果与该水封自由外伸量模型实验进行对比研究.结果表明:Ogden公式比Mooney-Rivlin公式能更好地反映橡胶类止水材料的性能,在闸门水封设计中应用Ogden公式能更有效地提高其非线性有限元计算的精度,这为闸门水封结构的设计计算提供了有益的参考依据.
Considering the important role of rubber sealing material in water seal design, this paper uses Mooney-Rivlin formula and Ogden formula to curve fit and study the uniaxial tensile, uniaxial compression and pure shear test data of rubber sealing material The fitting parameters of the two kinds of formulas are applied to the nonlinear finite element calculation of the free stretch of the water seal with the compression and expansion project, and the results of the calculation are compared with those of the free stretch model of the water seal The results show that the Ogden formula can better reflect the performance of rubber sealing materials than the Mooney-Rivlin formula, and the Ogden formula can effectively improve the accuracy of the nonlinear finite element calculation in the water gate seal design. The design of water seal structure provides a useful reference.
