近几年来,我市农村小学生源减少,很多点校出现了“一个班级一学生,全校不过十个人”的现象。针对这一现象,我市积极探索行之有效的“小班优教”的课堂教学模式,开展了“小班优教”教改实验课题。我校承接这一课题后,积极组织教师投入到这一教研活动中,经过几年的摸索、实践,许多教师在小班优教方面已有自己独到的、行之有效的教育教学方式。在教研活动过程中,许多教师都能落实《语文课程标准》所倡导 In recent years, the source of primary school students in rural areas in our city has been reduced, and many schools have emerged as “a class of one student, but only ten of them”.
