近几年来,我市农村小学生源减少,很多点校出现了“一个班级一学生,全校不过十个人”的现象。针对这一现象,我市积极探索行之有效的“小班优教”的课堂教学模式,开展了“小班优教”教改实验课题。我校承接这一课题后,积极组织教师投入到这一教研活动中,经过几年的摸索、实践,许多教师在小班优教方面已有自己独到的、行之有效的教育教学方式。在教研活动过程中,许多教师都能落实《语文课程标准》所倡导
