Drowning is a common accident, with a large number of deaths each year due to drowning. According to the statistics of the United States, 10% of accidental deaths due to drowning, of which 40% are under 5 years of age. Although there is no exact statistics in our country, there are not many drowning patients each year. Drowning can cause asphyxia and hypoxia, as was the case when drowning was associated with a cessation of heartbeat, cardiopulmonary resuscitation without drowsiness or drowning, but survival for 24 hours was called near-drowning. The first aid principle for both is similar to the general recovery but it also has its own special problems. The clinical manifestations of drowning and general cardiac arrest generally
