目的探讨子宫颈鳞状细胞癌中P53、MDM2蛋白的表达及其与高危HPV16型感染的关系。方法免疫组化二步法检测43例子宫颈鳞状细胞癌、20例CIN、15例慢性子宫颈炎中P53、MDM2的表达,HPV16的检测应用原位杂交法。结果43例子宫颈鳞状细胞癌中HPV、P53、MDM2的表达率分别为46.51%、34.88%、25.58%,CIN中的表达率分别为45%、5%、15%,HPV16在慢性宫颈炎中的表达率为6.67%,P53、MDM2未见阳性表达,三组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。P53、MDM2在HPV16阳性和阴性两组间的表达差异无统计学意义。结论HPV16与子宫颈鳞状细胞癌的发生密切相关,P53、MDM2的表达并不因HPV16的存在而消失。
Objective To investigate the expression of P53 and MDM2 protein in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and its relationship with high-risk HPV16 infection. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of P53 and MDM2 in 43 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, 20 cases of CIN and 15 cases of chronic cervicitis. The detection of HPV16 was detected by in situ hybridization. Results The expression rates of HPV, P53 and MDM2 in 46 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma were 46.51%, 34.88% and 25.58%, respectively. The expression rates of HPV16, HPV16 and CIN were 45%, 5% and 15% The expression rate of 6.67%, P53, MDM2 no positive expression, the three groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). P53, MDM2 in HPV16 positive and negative expression difference between the two groups was not statistically significant. Conclusion HPV16 is closely related to the occurrence of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, but the expression of P53 and MDM2 is not disappeared by the presence of HPV16.
