目的了解某燃煤发电厂脱硝系统可能存在的主要职业病危害因素,为制定职业病的预防措施提供依据。方法采用职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素现场监测和职业健康检查进行综合评价。结果该系统主要存在SO2、NOX、NH3、CO、CO2、炉灰尘、噪声及高温等,现场检测各种结果均符合国家职业卫生标准限值,但是氨灌区等有毒气体处暂无警示宣传牌及应急救治处理预案。结论该项目职业病危害的防护措施可行、有效,但职业卫生管理有待加强。
Objective To understand the main occupational hazards that may exist in the denitrification system of a coal-fired power plant and provide evidence for the prevention of occupational diseases. Methods Occupational hygiene survey, field occupational hazards in the workplace and occupational health examination were conducted to make a comprehensive evaluation. Results The system mainly included SO2, NOX, NH3, CO, CO2, furnace dust, noise and high temperature. All the results of on-site testing met the national standards of occupational health standards. However, there was no warning signboard for toxic gas such as ammonia irrigation area Emergency treatment plan. Conclusion The protective measures against occupational hazards in this project are feasible and effective, but occupational health management needs to be strengthened.
