因材施教是素质教育背景下广大教育工作者积极探究的问题,尽管因材施教的口号喊了很多年,但是具体操作起来,仍觉得困难重重。近年来,分层教学使因材施教这一教育方法得到了落实,将因材施教落到了实处。因而在各科教学中,分层教学法受到了广大教师的青睐,因其能有效针对学生实际,从而促进每一个学生的发展。在初中美术教学中,教师也应积极采用分层教学法,以有效促进所有学生的发展。

Despite the fact that the teaching slogans have been shrouded for many years, the specific operations still find it very difficult. In recent years, teaching in a layered manner has given effect to the teaching method of teaching students according to their aptitude, and will be implemented in accordance with their aptitude.
