安全壳的冷凝换热能力是影响非能动安全系统导出堆芯余热的关键因素之一。针对ACP100K模块化小型堆的非能动安全壳冷却系统开展了安全壳换热特性单项分离效应实验研究。采用冷却剂能量平衡法测量热流密度,主要研究了主流蒸气温度、主流蒸气与冷凝壁面温差、主流蒸气质量流量、壁面倾斜角度和不可凝结气体对冷凝换热系数的影响。基于实验数据拟合得到了主流蒸气温度对冷凝换热系数的关系式。
Condensation heat transfer capacity of the containment is one of the key factors that affect the residual heat of passive core export system. In this paper, a single separation effect experiment study on the heat transfer characteristics of containment shell was carried out for passive containment cooling system of ACP100K modular small reactor. The heat flux density is measured by the coolant energy balance method. The effects of the main steam temperature, the temperature difference between the mainstream steam and the condensing wall, the mainstream steam mass flow, the wall tilt angle and the non-condensable gas on the condensation heat transfer coefficient are studied. Based on the experimental data, the relationship between the main steam temperature and the condensation heat transfer coefficient was obtained.
