近来证明,小儿水痘发疹24小时内口服阿昔洛韦(Acyclovir)可减轻病损,缩短发热时程。作者报告了阿昔洛韦对成人水痘的疗效。 31例成人(16～71岁)水痘,其中22例口服阿昔洛韦1000mg,每6小时1次(每日4 g),共5日;9例不服本品。结果发现,发疹24小时内治疗者病情减轻,水疱数量<200个;48小时后治疗或不治疗者水疱>500个,不治疗者最重。未见严重并发症。未治疗者中,常见并发症有发热、局部继发感染、持久咳嗽和疲劳等。作者指出,阿昔洛韦抑制水痘疱疹病毒的复制,有效血清水平为0.82～4.64μg/ml。静脉注射10mg/kg的血清峰水平为
