从质量管理的发展阶段和发展过程看,质量管理已经应用知识管理的理论和方法实现质量改进与创新。综述了前人对质量管理与知识管理关系的研究,认为目前质量管理领域尚未明确地、自觉地采用知识管理的理论视角研究质量管理。从知识管理角度和组织学习角度分别提出了质量知识价值链分析和基于组织融知—发酵模型的质量知识创新分析方法,为质量管理过程知识创新提供理论支撑。
From the stage of development and development of quality management, quality management has applied the theories and methods of knowledge management to achieve quality improvement and innovation. The previous researches on the relationship between quality management and knowledge management are reviewed. It is believed that the quality management has not yet been explicitly and consciously adopted in the field of quality management at the theoretical perspective of knowledge management. From the perspective of knowledge management and organizational learning, qualitative knowledge value chain analysis and qualitative knowledge innovation analysis method based on organizational knowledge-fermentation model are put forward respectively, which provide theoretical support for knowledge innovation in quality management process.
