在 SD大鼠膀胱神经置埋藏电极 ,玻璃微电极细胞外记录脊髓背角躯体 -内脏会聚神经元 ( SVCN)放电活动 ,观察分析躯体、内脏传入在脊髓背角的相互作用。结果 :1 65个被腓肠肌神经传入激活的神经元中 ,有 2 5个亦能被膀胱神经传入激活 ,此即 SVCN。电刺激 (拟痛刺激 )膀胱神经 1 min后 ,2 5例 SVCN中 ,1 4例腓肠肌传入诱发的晚成分显著增加 ,而对早成分则影响不大 ,提示拟痛刺激膀胱神经引起了躯体细传入末梢的突触前易化 ,导致突触后 C反应增强 ,从而引起牵涉痛 ;5例呈抑制反应 ,提示内脏传入可能参与对躯体传入的突触前抑制 ;另外 6例无显著改变。拟电针刺激腓肠肌神经 1 min后 ,1 4例内脏传入诱发的 VSCN放电减少 ,亦似说明了穴位刺激镇痛可能是通过初级传入终末间的相互作用所致
