曲轴是发动机的重要零件,发动机的全部功率都靠它传递。曲轴的破坏可能会引起发动机的其他部件的严重损坏。因此,分析研究曲轴断裂的原因是提高发动机可靠性的重要内容。一、我厂曲轴断裂情况我们搜集了从70年至84年3月出厂使用后断裂的各种曲轴93根,分析断裂原因可归纳如下:(一)因有铸造缺陷导致断裂的有53根,占总数的57%。其中球化不良3根;轴颈圆角断口处缩松、夹渣13根;碳化物与磷化物偏高(总和>2%)37根,这中间近半数在断口处有明显的夹渣和缩松。
