针对自行设计的交流电动轮驱动重型卡车电传动系统,建立基于矢量控制的传动系统仿真模型。针对这一交流非线性车辆电传动系统仿真模型,研究传统PID控制和模糊PID控制的控制性能。结果表明,当重载启动、转向和加入扰动时,模糊PID控制与传统PID控制相比,具有对参数变化不敏感以及超调和振荡小等特点,能显著地改善运行速度和稳定性。该控制方法被证明适用于重型平板车辆电传动系统。
Aiming at the electric drive system of heavy truck driven by AC electric wheel, a simulation model of transmission system based on vector control is established. Aimed at the simulation model of the nonlinear transmission system of electric vehicles, this paper studies the control performance of traditional PID control and fuzzy PID control. The results show that compared with the traditional PID control, the fuzzy PID control has the characteristics of being insensitive to the change of parameters and being overshooted and oscillating small, which can remarkably improve the running speed and stability when starting, steering and adding disturbance. This control method has proven to be suitable for heavy-duty flatbed electric drive systems.
