目的:研究榅桲总黄酮对自发性高血压大鼠血压的影响,并从抗炎角度初步探讨其作用机制。方法:自发性高血压大鼠分为模型组、卡托普利(25 mg/kg)组、杜仲平压片(30 mg/kg)组及榅桲总黄酮低(40 mg/kg)、中(80 mg/kg)、高(160 mg/kg)剂量组,以WKY大鼠为正常对照组。记录给药前(0 min)及给药后2、4、6、8、10、12、14、16 w各组大鼠的体质量与血压,并于各组大鼠灌胃给药16 w后,分别检测各组大鼠血清中IL-1β、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α及CRP的含量,评价榅桲总黄酮对炎症因子的影响。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠血压及血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α和CRP等炎症因子含量显著升高,IL-10含量显著降低;与模型组比较,榅桲总黄酮各剂量组血压及血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α和CRP水平均有不同程度降低。结论:榅桲总黄酮可抑制自发性高血压大鼠血压升高,其作用机制可能与降低体内炎症因子水平,进而抑制高血压的发生发展有关。
Objective: To study the effect of total flavonoids from Emu owl on blood pressure in spontaneously hypertensive rats and to explore its mechanism from the perspective of anti-inflammation. Methods: Spontaneous hypertensive rats were divided into model group, captopril (25 mg / kg) group, Duzhong ping tablet (30 mg / kg) (80 mg / kg) and high (160 mg / kg) dose groups. WKY rats were used as normal control group. The body weight and blood pressure of rats in each group were recorded before administration (0 min) and after 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16 w, and were given intragastrically for 16 w The levels of IL-1β, IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α and CRP in the serum of rats in each group were detected to evaluate the effect of total flavonoids in Emu’s boil on inflammatory cytokines. Results: Compared with the normal control group, the levels of blood pressure and the levels of IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α and CRP in the model group were significantly increased and IL-10 levels were significantly decreased. Compared with the model group, The levels of blood pressure and serum IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α and CRP in each dose of total flavonoids decreased to different extents. Conclusion: Total Flavonoids can inhibit the blood pressure in spontaneously hypertensive rats. The mechanism may be related to the reduction of inflammatory cytokines in vivo and the suppression of the occurrence and development of hypertension.
