针对电池盖塑件浇注系统设计和脱模设计的难题,设计了一模一腔倒装型两板模二次开模方式的模具,其特点为:型腔、型芯镶件互换倒装,采用直接背面热流道进浇方式;动模侧设计有型腔弯销滑块先抽芯脱模机构,定模侧设计有型芯斜导柱滑块抽芯脱模机构、油缸+顶针板前模顶出机构。并结合模具的实际生产需要,针对型腔、型芯上复杂特征多的特点,对型腔、型芯成型件进行加工工艺分析,重点给出了型腔、型芯的CAM加工策略和数控加工(NC)工艺过程,以及基于UG-CAM模块的数控加工程序的编制,实现了模具成型件的高效生产。该模具结构新颖,数控加工程序简洁高效、加工方式灵活,为同类塑件的注塑模具设计和生产提供了有益参考。
