貫徹面向小学的方針是办好师范学校的关鍵。过去,由于我們对这一方針重視不够,在工作中曾經發生不少偏差。例如,在教導工作方面,几乎处处都跟着中学走,缺乏师范学校应有的特点;对于附小的領導、帮助也很差,除了协助解决一些人事、經費之外,其他就不問不聞,因此彼此关系若即若离;教师們也不了解自己培养的对象是未來的小学教师,講課时从來不考慮联系小学实际,总是说升大学如何如何。在这种情况下,学生掌握的專業知識、技能以及从事小学教育的决心、信心都很差。后來北京师范大学教育系学生來我校实習,觉得他們面向中学和师范
Implementing the principle of facing primary schools is the key to running a normal school. In the past, due to our insufficient emphasis on this principle, many deviations have occurred in our work.
