为了提高缺血性脑血管病的疗效,不少学者主张在发病的急性期,即在脑组织出现不可逆病理变化之前,进行颅外内血管吻合术,改善脑循环。但与愿相违,在脑缺血急性期,进行颅外内血管吻合才往往并不能阻止病变的进展,甚至反而促使病情进一步恶化。本实验拟探讨脑缺血及血流再通后、脑组织葡萄糖、乳酸及过氧化脂质含量的变化规律,从而为临床治疗,提供实验依据。材料与方法
In order to improve the curative effect of ischemic cerebrovascular disease, many scholars advocate intracranial vascular anastomosis and improve cerebral circulation in the acute stage of the disease, that is, before irreversible pathological changes occur in brain tissue. However, contrary to expectations, in the acute phase of cerebral ischemia, extracranial vascular anastomosis often does not prevent the progression of the disease, and even prompted further deterioration of the condition. This experiment to explore cerebral ischemia and blood flow recanalization, brain tissue glucose, lactate and lipid peroxidation changes, so as to provide experimental evidence for clinical treatment.
