使用4种抗高血压药物治疗自发性高血压大鼠(SHR),探讨血压和左室肥厚之间的关系。方法SHR42只雌性,周龄16周,随机分为6组:(1)高血压基础对照组,在16周时处死观察有关指标,(2)高血压对照组,(3)卡托普利组(100mg/kg·d-1,(4)培哚普利组(5mg/kg·d-1),(5)双氢克尿塞组(100mg/kg·d-1),(6)普萘洛尔组(40mg/kg·d-1),给药16周,观察血压及左心室肥厚变化。结果抗高血压药物均能明显降低血压,并使左心室肥厚得到抑制,但对SHR的体重影响不大。血压与LVM/BW的相关性为r=0.64,P<0.05。结论血压升高是左心室肥厚的主要原因之一,因而只要降压药不造成降压的同时反射性地交感兴奋,就能通过降低血压减轻并可逆转左心室肥厚。
Four antihypertensives were used to treat spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs) to investigate the relationship between blood pressure and left ventricular hypertrophy. Methods SHR42 females were randomly divided into 6 groups: (1) basic control group of hypertension, which were sacrificed at 16 weeks, (2) hypertension control group, (3) captopril group (100 mg / kg · d-1), (4) perindopril group (5 mg / kg · d-1), (5) (40mg / kg · d-1) for 16 weeks.Results Antihypertensives could significantly reduce blood pressure and inhibit left ventricular hypertrophy, but had little effect on the body weight of SHR .The correlation between blood pressure and LVM / BW was r = 0.64, P <0.05.ConclusionHypertension is one of the main causes of left ventricular hypertrophy, so that as long as antihypertensive drugs do not cause antihypertensive and reflexive Sympathetic excitement, can reduce blood pressure and can reverse left ventricular hypertrophy.
