目的:观察有角膜散光的白内障患者散光矫正型人工晶状体植入术后的轴位稳定性。方法:回顾性分析上海新视界中兴眼科医院2017年6月至2018年6月有角膜散光的白内障37例(60只眼)。患者均行超声乳化散光型矫正人工晶状体植入术。术后随访3个月,观察人工晶状体的轴位旋转度。结果:患者术前裸眼视力(logMAR)为0.89±0.38,术后3个月提高至0.20±0.10(n t=13.862,n P=0.000)。术前角膜散光度为(2.34±1.05)D,术后3个月降低为(0.41±0.22)D(n t=15.150,n P=0.000)。术后1个月和3个月人工晶状体轴位平均旋转度数分别为3.48°±1.46°和3.72°±1.61°,两者比较差异无统计学意义(n t=1.491,n P=0.141)。n 结论:超声乳化散光矫正型人工晶状体植入术能有效矫正白内障患者的角膜散光,提高视力,且人工晶状体旋转稳定性较好。“,”Objective:To observe the axial stability after astigmatic IOL implantation in cataract patients with corneal astigmatism.Methods:A total of 60 eyes of 37 cases of cataract with corneal astigmatism from Jun. 2017 to Jun. 2018 in Shanghai Xinshijie Zhongxing Eye Hospital were analyzed retrospectively. All cases were treated with phacoemulsification combined with astigmatic intraocular lens implantation. These patients were followed up for 3 months. The axial rotation of the intraocular lens were observed after operation.Results:The uncorrected visual acuity (logMAR) at 3 months after operation was improved from 0.89±0.38 to 0.20±0.10 (n t=13.862, n P=0.000). The corneal astigmatism decreased from (2.34±1.05)D to (0.41±0.22)D at 3 months after operation. The difference was statistically significant (n t=15.150, n P=0.000). The average of IOL axial rotation was (3.48±1.46) degrees at 1 month and (3.72±1.61) degrees at 3 months after operation. The difference was not statistically significant (n t=1.491, n P=0.141).n Conclusion:Astigmatic intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of cataract patients can correct corneal stigmatism and improve the visual acuity. The rotation stability of intraocular lens is more reliable.
