目的 研究A型萎缩性胃炎 (AAG)患者乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)及α 羟丁酸 (HBD)的变化。方法 全自动生化分析仪检测血清LDH及HBD ;并常规检测血红蛋白、叶酸、VitB12 及胃泌素等指标。结果 全部AAG患者均伴有LDH及HBD增高 ,经叶酸及VitB12 治疗 1d后即有明显下降 ,早于网织红细胞的变化。 6 0 %的患者伴有间接胆红素升高 ,经治疗后下降 ,且与LDH和HBD的变化相平行。结论 AAG患者LDH及HBD明显增高可能与骨髓的原位溶血有关 ,是协助诊断和观察疗效的重要指标。
Objective To study the changes of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and alpha hydroxybutyrate (HBD) in patients with type A atrophic gastritis (AAG). Methods Serum LDH and HBD were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. The hemoglobin, folic acid, VitB12 and gastrin were routinely detected. Results All patients with AAG had elevated LDH and HBD. After treatment with folic acid and VitB12 for 1 day, the levels of LDH and HBD decreased significantly, earlier than that of reticulocytes. Sixty percent of patients with elevated indirect bilirubin are declining after treatment and paralleled with changes in LDH and HBD. Conclusion The significant increase of LDH and HBD in patients with AAG may be related to the hemolysis of bone marrow in situ, which is an important index to help diagnose and observe the curative effect.
