朱德在山西前线运用和发扬红军时期群众路线的经验和传统,指挥八路军的游击战和抗日游击队的建立和发展,推进和拓展八路军的生存和发展空间,丰富和发展了红军的群众路线思想。主要是八路军抗日的宗旨是为中华民众谋利益;只有争取和发动群众,广泛开展群众运动,才能打赢抗日战争;抗日游击队与群众“好比鱼和水一样”密不可分等等。这些思想还属于经验形态,为1943年6月毛泽东将它上升为理论形态提供了思想资料。群众路线是党和人民军队的DNA。学习和弘扬毛泽东、朱德等老一辈革命家开创和培育的红军和八路军的群众路线的光荣传统和作风,对当前开展的群众路线教育实践活动取得实效有一定意义。 Zhu De used and carried forward the experience and traditions of the mass line during the Red Army in the front line of Shanxi to direct the establishment and development of the Eighth Route Army’s guerrilla warfare and the anti-Japanese guerrillas, promoted and expanded the existence and development space for the Eighth Route Army, and enriched and developed the Red Army’s mass line of thought. The main purpose of the Eighth Route Army against Japan is to seek the interests of the Chinese people. Only by winning the masses and extensive mass campaigns can the anti-Japanese war be won. The anti-Japanese guerrillas and the masses are as inseparable as the masses. These thoughts also belonged to the form of experience, which provided the ideological data for Mao Zedong to rise to the theoretical form in June 1943. The mass line is the DNA of the party and people’s army. Studying and promoting the glorious tradition and style of the mass line established and nurtured by the revolutionary forces of the older generations such as Mao Zedong and Zhu De and the Red Army and the Eighth Route Army has some significance for the actual implementation of mass line education in the field.
