本文以体育教学实践中运动技能的学习规律为研究对象,把运动技能的学习过程划分为认知、分化、巩固和熟练掌握四个阶段,按照学习的难易程度对运动技能分为三类,并总结出运动技能学习过程的四大规律:不同运动技能学习阶段的差异性规律、学习的“质变”规律、学习主体间的差异性规律和师生互动规律等规律。建议体育教师明确练习的目的和要求、坚持按照循序渐进的原则教学、注意把握学生练习的次数和时间分配、尊重学生个体间的差异和增加师生的互动交流;同时,学校的决策层应该加强体育设施建设并营造出良好地氛围。
