为了能够解决钢结构厂房中重级工作制吊车梁的疲劳问题,有效利用钢材的强度,设计了预应力抗疲劳钢梁。通过研究其特点和力学性能,并对不同材料强度和连接类别的预应力钢梁进行分析比较后发现:施加预应力在多数情况下可用较少的材料换取疲劳强度的大幅提高,也意味着可以在强度不变的前提下节约材料。将预应力技术应用于承受疲劳作用的钢梁,不仅提高了结构的安全性能,而且具有较好的经济性能,是一种值得大力推广的新型钢梁,可为建筑结构所采用。
In order to solve the fatigue problem of the heavy-duty crane girder in the steel structure workshop and to effectively use the strength of the steel, a prestressed anti-fatigue steel girder is designed. Through the study of its characteristics and mechanical properties, and analysis of different prestressed steel beams with different material strengths and connection types, it is found that applying prestressing can in most cases yield less substantial fatigue strength in exchange for a substantial increase in fatigue strength, Save material on the same strength.
