感言:正规直销业得不到发展并不等于金字塔式运作会消失,扶正方能驱邪。在2005年1月29日举办的“全球化时代企业营销策略与直销业发展研讨会”上,美国安利公司高级副总裁、安利(中国)日用品有限公司董事长郑李锦芬女士以她从事直销业28年的经历,向与会70 多位来自中国政府有关部门和机构的高层代表介绍了世界直销业的发展历程,并介绍了在国际惯例中如何区分正当直销与金字塔诈骗。同时,在介绍安利公司与安利(中国)有限公司近年经营情况的基础上,阐述了安利公司对当前中国直销立法的一些建议。
Testimonies: The lack of formal development of the direct selling business does not mean that the operation of the pyramid will disappear. At the same time, on the basis of introducing the business conditions of Amway Corporation and Amway (China) Co., Ltd. in recent years, this paper elaborates Amway Corporation’s suggestions on current legislation of direct selling in China.
