高效的课堂教学总是给我们这样的启示:决定课堂进程的,并不是教师的教学设计,而是学生的学习进程;判断课堂教学的标准,并不是教师能力如何和表现怎样,而是教学对学生学习的引导和帮助有多大。从上海市静安第一中心小学探索中,我们看到学校致力于打造高效课堂,在不断纵深探索中有诸多发现:“立体”地观察课堂,听课教师不再只站在教师立场上让课堂变得更加花枝招展,而是让自己的课堂变得简约而有力,更加关注学生的学习行为,关注学生的进步和发展是否通过有效果、有效率、有魅力的教学而获得……
