过敏性休克是过敏状态的一种表现形式,发病迅速,后果严重。过敏性休克的发生机制目前尚不清楚。为了寻找一种较为简便的生理指标并研究过敏性休克的发生机制,我们观察了家兔过敏性休克时心电图的变化,并分析了沉淀试验及皮肤试验和过敏性休克的关系。实验用成年家兔,共61只,分为四组。第一组22只家兔,以马血清为抗原,按0.5毫升/公斤体重皮下注射一次,48小时后,以相等剂量靜脉注射一次作为致敏注射。第二组14只家兔,以1:2鸡蛋清生理盐水稀释液为抗原,按0.5毫升/公斤体重皮下注射
Anaphylactic shock is a form of allergy, rapid onset, serious consequences. The mechanism of anaphylactic shock is not clear yet.
