为了有效地控制柴油机的燃烧过程,日本研制了KOMPICS电子高压喷射系统。日本曾将这一系统安装在单缸机上进行试验考核,发现其性能优于空气涡流燃烧模式,然后又在小松SA6D155型整机上进行试验。试验取得了较好的结果,表现为不仅燃油消耗率低而且低速时的性能(特别是工业用柴油机)得到了改善,过渡工况响应也得到了改善;1000小时耐久试验也未发现重大问题。
In order to effectively control the combustion process of diesel engine, Japan developed KOMPICS electronic high-pressure injection system. Japan had this system installed on a single cylinder machine to test and found that its performance is superior to the air turbulence combustion mode, and then again in the Komatsu SA6D155-type machine on the test. Good results were obtained from the tests, which showed not only low fuel consumption but also improved performance at low speeds (especially for industrial diesel engines) and improved response to transient conditions; no major problems were found with the 1,000-hour endurance test.
