本文对大白鼠新生肉芽组织内的破纤维细胞进行了超微结构和细胞化学的观察。电镜下可见破纤维细胞内含有大量的各级溶酶体,这些溶酶体的酸性磷酸酶反应均呈阳性。溶酶体不但能与异噬泡和自噬泡融合,还能主动吞噬细胞器和溶酶体等。溶酶体的主动吞噬有三种形式,即突起包裹、内陷包裹和混合包裹。突起包裹的膜由五层结构组成,即两层单位膜,两层亮层,及中央板。大溶酶沐还以出芽、纹窄的形式形成小溶酶体。溶酶体的这种活动可能与细胞吞噬机能的自我调节有关。本文还就破纤维细胞与巨噬细胞之间的关系进行讨论。
In this paper, the ultrastructure and cytochemistry of the broken fibroblasts in the nascent granulation tissue of rats were observed. Electron microscopy shows that the fibroblasts contain a large number of lysosomes at all levels, and these lysosomal acid phosphatase reactions were positive. Lysosomes not only with the fusion of phagocytic and autophagic vacuoles, but also take the initiative to phagocytose organelles and lysosomes. There are three forms of active phagocytosis of lysosomes, namely protruding packages, retracted packages and mixed packages. Protruding film wrapped by the five-story structure, that is, two units of film, two bright layer, and the central board. Large lysozyme Mu is also sprouting, narrow forms of small lysosomes. This activity of lysosomes may be related to the self-regulation of phagocytosis of cells. This article also discusses the relationship between broken fibroblasts and macrophages.
