寄生虫病仍然是危害人类健康最严重的疾病之一，估计全世界约有10亿人口感染。中华内科杂志于1985年11月19日至24日在广州召集全国各地寄生虫及传染病学专家、教授和临床工作者60多人，举行寄生虫病化学治疗讲座会，恳谈我国在治疗寄生虫病的经验与成绩。现就这次会议的主要内容，加以综合介绍如下：
