研究了在背景噪声辐射的作用下,约瑟夫逊点接触结检测器特性的变化。表明,辐射的噪声温度Tφ从300K 降到10K,灵敏度就可得到极大地提高。所获得的实验结果与理论值完全吻合。
The change of the characteristics of the Josephson point contact junction detector under background noise radiation is studied. Show that the radiation noise temperature T φ from 300K down to 10K, the sensitivity can be greatly improved. The experimental results obtained are in good agreement with the theoretical values.
